Price and Payment
We must receive payment for the whole of the price of the goods we supply to you before delivery unless we have agreed otherwise in advance in writing.

Satisfactory delivery is a crucial part of the service offered by World of Power.co.uk Limited, and we aim to provide an efficient, professional and punctual delivery schedule for all our products.
We are committed to providing a safe carrier service to get the products to you in perfect condition. To help ensure that you receive your products in perfect condition products weighing over 30kg and other fragile products will most often be delivered on a pallet. Pallet delivery is around 5 times more expensive than parcel delivery but it is well worth the extra to save the frustrations of receiving a damaged product and the hassle of arranging a replacement. All pallet deliveries are booked in with you by your local depot.
During adverse weather conditions we will do our utmost to ensure your goods get to you on time, you will be advised of any delays due to adverse weather.
What are your UK delivery charges?
World of Power offers free standard delivery on orders* exceeding £50.00 (inc. VAT) to mainland England, Wales and Southern Scotland. Orders under £50.00 (inc. VAT) are subject to a delivery charge of £5.99 (inc. VAT).
Northern Ireland Delivery and Isle of Wight
For Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight and Scottish Islands, deliveries extra charges will apply, for a pallet delivery - item or items over 30kg a pallet charge is levied of £75.00 including VAT, for other parcels a charge of £25.00 including VAT. On rare occasions that these charges do not cover the cost of freight we will contact you prior to the dispatch of your order to make any necessary changes to your order. Please also note that delivery to Northern Ireland and Isle of Wight is 5 working days.
These charges are not automatically added to your order so we will contact you prior to dispatch to ensure you are aware of the charges.
Delivery to BFPO addresses is approximately £10 for smaller orders (upto 2kgs), these charges are not automatically added to your order so we will contact you once your order has been received regarding the delivery cost.
Unfortunately, we do not deliver to The Scottish Islands, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Channel Islands, and any countries outside of mainland UK.
If you choose to purchase a product for forward delivery to an address outside our delivery area; should the item require any kind of repair or replacement, we will only collect the product from the UK delivery address.
If you are paying via American Express we can only deliver to the card holders address. We will contact you in the event of an order being placed to a different address to advise of these terms.
*All orders to be delivered to the following Northern Scotland postcodes will incur an additional delivery surcharge of £7.99 (inc. VAT) for parcel deliveries

These charges are added to your order automatically if your order falls under these categories.
Items in stock are normally despatched within 24 hours small items usually are delivered on the next working day larger items a delivery date will be arranged by us or our couriers . Out of stock items are typically available within 7 working days, our customer service department will contact you if we foresee any delays beyond this, with the option to cancel or change your order. You will be notified by e-mail when your order is despatched, this e-mail will include your order consignment number and carrier contact details. Please note we can not be held responsible for any orders delayed in the carrier service as this is simply beyond our control. All orders need to be signed for and cannot be left without a signature.
If parcels are damaged or items are missing you should either refuse the delivery completely or sign for the parcels as being 'DAMAGED' If the number of parcels do not match or correspond to the consignment note, this must be stated as 'SHORT DELIVERY' It is your responsibility to ensure that the actions above are followed BEFORE SIGNING. Mistakes cannot be rectified once the number of packages has been signed for. All carrier related damages and discrepancies must be reported to us within 2 working days. We will not be responsible for any carrier-related damage or loss reported outside of this 2-day period.
Cancellation / Returns If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel the order in writing by fax, letter or e-mail for 7 working days after the day on which the goods are received without giving a reason and the full price and delivery charge will be refunded. The cost of returning any item is at the cost of the purchaser.
Refunds Where a product is returned under the cancellation provisions above we will refund the cost of the product and any order/delivery charges incurred in delivering the product to you within 30 days of receiving notice of cancellation.
Faulty Products If the product you purchase is not of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose or as described, we will offer a repair, exchange or refund as appropriate and in accordance with your legal rights under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 (as amended). Any such products can be returned to us free of charge.
We will not be liable to you, whether arising as a result of breach of contract or in tort or otherwise for any loss of profits, administrative inconvenience, disappointment, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising as a result of any problem in relation to the goods, although this does not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence.
Guarantees and Warranties All guarantees, warranties and assistance from World of Power.co.uk Limited are offered in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer.

Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
