What are your UK delivery charges?

World of Power is proud to offer free standard delivery on orders exceeding £100.00 (inc. VAT) to mainland England, Wales and Southern Scotland.

Orders under £100.00 (inc. VAT) are subject to a delivery charge of £7.99 (inc. VAT)

Unfortunately, we do not deliver to The Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Channel Islands, The Isle of Wight and any countries outside of mainland UK.

Please note: If you choose to purchase a product for forward delivery to an address outside our delivery area; should the item require any kind of repair or replacement, we can only collect the product from a UK address.

*All orders to be delivered to the following Northern Scotland postcodes will incur an additional delivery surcharge of £7.99 (inc. VAT) for parcel deliveries

If extra delivery charges are applicable be assured a member of our webteam will contact you to confirm the approximate carriage charges and the goods will not be dispatched until after you approve the quotation and pay the additional cost.

In all instances please be assured Customer Services will contact you with any extra delivery charge before your credit card is debited (with an option to cancel your order).


Delivery Schedule

Items in stock are normally despatched within 24 hours on a 2-3 day delivery service. Out of stock items are typically available within 14 working days, our customer service department will contact you if we foresee any delays beyond this, with the option to cancel your order. Deliveries are sometimes sent direct from the manufacturer / UK importer.

Please note we can not be held responsible for any orders delayed in the carrier service as this is simply beyond our control.

All orders need to be signed for and cannot be left without a signature


Important Notice

If parcels are damaged or items are missing you should either refuse the delivery completely or sign for the parcels as being 'DAMAGED'

If the number of parcels does not match or correspond to the consignment note, this must be stated as 'SHORT DELIVERY'

It is your responsibility to ensure that the actions above are followed BEFORE SIGNING. Mistakes cannot be rectified once the number of packages has been signed for.

All carrier related damages and discrepancies must be reported to us within 2 working days. We will not be responsible for any carrier-related damage or loss reported outside of this 2-day period.


Cancellation / Returns

If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel the order in writing by fax, letter or e-mail for up to 7 working days from receipt of the goods without giving a reason and the full price and delivery charge will be refunded. You will be responsible for and the costs of returning the product. The product should be returned as soon as reasonably practicable. Should you fail to do so, we are entitled to charge you for the costs of recovery of the goods. You have a duty to take reasonable care of the goods whilst in your possession.

If on return of any product during the cancellation period it is not received in a reasonable condition this may allow us to make a claim for breach of your statutory duty to take reasonable care of the goods.

All returned products of this nature are photographed on arrival at our goods in department. Please note that where a spare part has been ordered incorrectly you will be charged a 15% restocking fee to return the item so please ensure you are ordering the correct part before you order.


Refunds

Where a product is returned under the cancellation provisions above we will refund the cost of the product and any order/delivery charges incurred in delivering the product to you within 30 days of receiving notice of cancellation.


Faulty Products

If the product you purchase is not of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose or as described, we will offer a repair, exchange or refund as appropriate and in accordance with your legal rights under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 (as amended). Any such products can be returned to us free of charge.

We will not be liable to you, whether arising as a result of breach of contract or in tort or otherwise for any loss of profits, administrative inconvenience, disappointment, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising as a result of any problem in relation to the goods, although this does not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence.


Guarantees and Warranties

All guarantees, warranties and assistance from World of Power are offered in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer and in accordance with the SAFEBUY code of practice.

Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit card payment. Through SagePay we accept most credit cards including: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Visa Debit & Visa Electron, Solo, American Express and payments through PayPal. We must receive payment for the whole of the price of the goods we supply to you before delivery unless we have agreed otherwise in advance in writing.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
