Outback Spectrum 3-Burner Flatbed Barbecue. Colour: Black/Silver and FSC Wood.

Spectrum 3 Flatbed Barbecue with a large cooking area of 63.5 x 42cm is a full-family and party barbecue. Comprising of two porcelain-coated cast iron grills and one griddle, with easy clean pull out drip tray. The warming rack provides extra space, ideal for your cooked food. This large barbecue has three robust stainless steel propane gas burners started at the push of a button with Integra spark rotary ignition.

The Spectrum 3 comes with new Flavouriser bars (not the traditional lava rock).
What are Flavouriser bars? Flavouriser bars are used instead of lava rock. They fit above the stainless steel burners and under the grill top. They aid the distribution of heat. They are also designed to channel away excess grease and avoid bad flare-ups. Fat and juices drip from cooked meat, hits the flavouriser bars and vaporises into smoke and steam which flavours the food on the grill.

Outback's most popular flatbed barbecue with wooden side tables which are very handy for utensils and your barbecue tools. Behind the removable nylon screen a lower wooden base shelf providing extra storage.
FSC wood is used from managed sustainable forests. Outback designed for your garden or patio.

Spectrum 3 flatbed barbecue comes with handy hinged lid. Once the lid is lifted up it is securely fixed to the rear of the barbecue and will act as a windshield.
(Note: It is a lid, not a roasting hood, and food cannot be cooked while the lid is down).
