Outback Spectrum 2 Hooded: features a one piece porcelain enamelled hood which is corrosion and acid resistant, heat and flame proof so won’t blister under high temperatures, is easy to clean and is ideal for roasting, grilling or even baking. Outback hooded models are so versatile, once you have finished cooking, you can turn off the barbecue and pull down the hood and the food sitting on the grills and griddles will keep warm for a good 30 minutes afterwards. A smoker box may also be used with barbecues with a roasting hood, allowing flavoured chips to be used to enchance the taste of your barbecued food.
